"Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. "A lovely hotel, very clean, colourful and calming. The spa and thermal pool are wonderful and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the tree topped hillside. The staff are the really impressive part of the stay however, incredibly nice and smiley, helpful and understanding. The only possible drawback would be its location if you plan on moving around the island a lot, as it’s elevated on the hillside. I didn’t mind this at all though, and the shuttle service helped a lot."

"All the family were very hospitable. They even carried our heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast was excellent. They introduced us to the Ischian cornetto- an extra special pastry that combines brioche and a croissant. Bedroom was spacious but on a noisy road and bed was rather firm but ok for a few nights. Basic accommodation only 10mins to the port on a bus. "
