「The reception staff were help full upon arrival, discounts were available for the cafe and hotel nearby, the room was clean and comfortable, all in all a great weekend in Hahndorf.」

「十月份澳洲是春天，葡萄藤才刚刚发芽，相信秋天葡萄丰收的季节景色会更好。环境不错，由于位置较偏，房东准备了很多食物，很不错。唯一不足就是六人入住的套房只有一个卫生间，洗漱排队很不方便，另外，卫生间的水池堵了，水流不下去了，该修理修理了。」

「Perfect location and room for our family at a fantastic price point. Big comfy beds and TV. Separate room for kids. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular helped us get back into our room having been locked out after hours. Walls, carpets need a refresh and shower head needs replacing as it comes out in 2 or 3 thin high pressure jets. But as mentioned, not too much to complain about given the location and price.」

「Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. 」

「Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.」

「Very clean room with a terrific view of nature. Shower area and bed very good. Staff interaction pleasant and very professional. Cleanliness in dining area super clean. Free read of local paper pleasing. Under cover parking a high bonus. Pillows too big for me but Okay. I take my own. No big deal.」

「Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.」
