「Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.」

「Tuscany was the highlight of our time in Italy, and this hotel definitely played a part in that. It was rustic, cute, comfortable, and the sunset views were stunning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We forgot to pack an umbrella and when we asked if the hotel had any, one of the staff gave us their own for the day. Such sweet hosts! 「This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.」

「Die Lage ist einzigartig, auf einem Hügel ohne Nachbarschaft mit Blick auf die umliegende Gegend um Cinigiano. Es gibt nur 8 Zimmern und wir haben uns zwischenzeitlich fast alleine auf dem Anwesen gefühlt. Es war wirklich ruhig & entspannt. Obwohl die Unterkunft schon 14 Jahre alt ist, sieht es aus wie neu, und die Liebe zum Detail hat uns besonders begeistert.
