"Good location to Mall of America. We found it very annoying that the property charges $18 night to park in their parking lot! Lot wasn’t even close to anything else where others might be trying to park. Why charge guests?"

"The room was great the pool an hot tub great parking never had a problem getting a spot to park the only problem was getting in the parking lot because they're main entrance the city was working on the road so it's really not their fault was there three days the weather was great except for one it rained all day"

"Hotel is in a great location and all staff were great! The rooms are somewhat updated and a good size, but the carpets and bathroom tile were stained badly. Bedding was far from luxurious although the bed itself was comfortable. The elliptical in the fitness center was also broken. I was surprised this hotel was rated an 8.8."

"This was our third or fourth stay at this hotel in the last couple of years. It’s a short drive to downtown Minneapolis at a fraction of the price to stay downtown. Parking is more convenient too. A few minutes from MOA, and of course the airport. Eagan outlet malls are close too. There’s a gas station a few minutes away as well. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon reception every day, and the breakfast is fabulous. All included. Room spacious and comfortable, and of course, always clean! Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. This has become my go-to hotel when I need to stay in the Twin Cities area."
