「Super clean, modern, and comfy. Host communicated warmly and timely. Bathroom had everything we needed and not the super cheesy stuff 👌Kitchenette was great too. The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying. I travel with ear muffs and they were needed. But did not hear any other guests which was great!」

「Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. 」

「Room met my needs, thank you. Friendly staff. There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia Booking and the Hotel. I requested and was told 'no problem' if I could have a first floor room. They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false...

「We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay. It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared...

「The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a...
