"Ice maker broken. Front door was malfunction when we were there. Toothbrush and paste has to be requested at the front desk. Our room was not cleaned one day so no coffee or tea for us. Elevator slow and need an upgrade. Great location to metro and nice river view. Restaurant on site looks nice but only open for dinner."

"This is a great location within downtown Montreal. The room is nice, however the hvac in the room was very loud and every so often through the day, there would be a loud noise. This is a busy hotel and you can hear people walking past your hotel room. So if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be ideal. The breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Staff was very pleasant and efficient."

"This is a really good place to stay in Montreal. It's really close to the Mont Royal metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The pictures are dated and the room I stayed in could do with a new couch and area rug. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly but not particularly engaged."
