「Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ein sehr sympathischer Hotelbesitzer」

「Es war soweit alles in Ordnung」

「Great location, directly off the S9 route from the airport and immediately opposite an Edeka for your shopping needs. Nice large room, easy check in, comfortable bed, everything you need for a stay in Berlin. The only issue I had was the shower door opens inwards meaning it is a bit of a squeeze to actually get in to the shower.」

「When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.」

「Es war ganz angenehmet」
