They helped to facilitate our transit to and from the island, advised on and booked our excursions and answered all of our cultural and tourism related questions. Corrine is a superb and elegant chef. Every night we enjoyed Michelin star three course dinners with lovely company. Frédéric infuses the best.rums on the island, all with Tahitian vanilla, and various other fruits from the property. Every morning, a gourmet breakfast was delivered to our bungalow. "Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"
