"Staffing provided excellent customer service, especially the front desk equal five star hotel service. For breakfast buffet service there are nice offerings, a recommendation is to get to breakfast early as if you arrive a half hour before breakfast ends the staff needs to breakdown the service to prepare for lunch and you will be rushed out. Note - not an issue just a recommendation as the offering of the buffet are extensive and wonderful."

"This hotel is extremely well located in the Old Town and ideal for a few days in Bologna . The hotel is old fashioned but elegant , and the rooms are small but functional . The staff were very helpful and answered all our queries in excellent English . The breakfast was very good and included in the price. Very good value for money and would stay here again."

"Clean, friendly, responsive and efficient staff; comfortable beds; very good buffet breakfast but all items need to be available right from opening. Gym is spacious and well-equipped. However, I would have liked 24 hr gym access, with our room key, so we won’t have to bother the staff, with towels consistently available."

"Hola el hotel, es el típico hotel estilo norteamericano, creo que el nombre te da la idea, es comodo, con los servicios necesarios, considero que fue poco favorable la distancia del centro ya que te debes mover en taxi, pero en general, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, es comodo, y amplio, los servicios, son basicos, y atención basica. Saludos"
