Hade bokat Hotell Östermalm och rum med 2 stora enkelsängar. Blev uppgraderad till deras andra hotell Carl Friman. Fick mindre rum med liten dubbelsäng. Rent och fräscht överlag men väldigt varmt trots öppet fönster och avstängt element. God frukost.

Slitet hotell överlag och rummet var ganska dammigt, stor spricka i handfat och halvt trasiga möbler. Stenhård bäddsoffa/extrasäng som inte gick att sova i. Varmt och dålig ventilation på rummet. Tv:n hade ljud i 10 minuter innan det började spraka och till slut försvann, bild vad dock kalasbra…Testade flera gången med samma resultat, frukost ok, gott bröd men saknade bacon. Incheckning utan personal funkade bra, parkering på baksidan var positivt. Endast betalning med Swish , vilket är ok kan jag tycka.
