Not handikapanpassad but still Ok

Comfortable bed and good breakfast. My room was not handikapanpassad but it was OK. It had a good noise reduction... So no problems to sleep. Personal was really friendly and helpful. I will recommend it.

Trevligt hotell men tyvÀrr mycket slitet rum.

Frukosten och allmÀnna utrymmen var bra. Gratis parkering gÀller endast ett fÄtal platser. VÄrt rum lÄg i suterÀngplan och var tyvÀrr mycket dÄligt underhÄllet. DÄlig ventilation, ej öppningsbart fönster, slarvigt upphÀngda mörklÀggningsgardiner, eluttag tejpade och lösa sladdar pÄ golvet. Bilderna pÄ rum motsvarar definitivt inte det rum vi fick.

En sÀng att sova i och chans till tidig incheck..

Vi kom tidigt sÄ vi fick checka in tidigare vilket var bra, men nÀr vi kom upp till rummet sÄ hade de inte ens pÄbörjat stÀdningen i det rum vi fick, sÄ ingen bra kommunikation emellan personalen. Vi fick inte koden för att komma in till hotellet efter receptionen stÀngt, den fick vi frÄga efter. Restaurangen och receptionen stÀngde 20:00 pÄ en lördag sÄ det var tur vi frÄgade efter koden.. rummet var dÄligt stÀdat med damm och spindelnÀt bland annat pÄ taklampan samt lortiga kakelfogar i duschen som ocksÄ saknade duschvÀgg sÄ hela badrummet blev blött. Frukosten var bake-off bröd med lite pÄlÀgg för att avslutas med ICAs minimuffins till kaffet. Vi hade en sÀng att sova i men det var inte mer Àn sÄ. Ligger lite utanför centrala Motala Àn vad vi rÀknat med, hade nog varit roligare att bo mer i centrum för oss tvÄ.

Rekommenderar INTE detta hotell. - Smutsigt pĂ„ rummet och pĂ„ allmĂ€nna ytor. - LĂ„nga hĂ„rstrĂ„n lĂ„g kvar i sĂ€ngen och det var dammigt pĂ„ nĂ€stan varenda horistontell yta. - Mycket hĂ„rda sĂ€ngar (vilket jag dock tyckte var skönt, sĂ„ det Ă€r vĂ€l det enda pluset med detta boende). - Överpris för standarden. - barpersonal som inte visste hur man blandar en klassisk drink, sĂ„ vi tog varsitt glas vin istĂ€llet. - frukosten var godtagbar, gott kaffe men ganska trĂ„kigt utbud och personal som inte ens hĂ€lsar eller noterar att man Ă€r dĂ€r. SÀngen var skön, hotellfrukosten nÄgot mindre Àn jag Àr van vid men höll hög kvalitet. Personalen Àr trevlig och in och utcheckning smidig. Jag kan mycket vÀl tÀnka mig Carl Frimans Hotel igen!
