"The service and accommodations were superlative. I cannot exaggerate how welcoming and accommodating the Kriva Cuprija staff were, from the check-in and welcome, to proactively exchanging money and giving us Bosnian Marks to park our car in a public space, to carrying our luggage, to simply making small talk and showing interest in where my family and I are from. Our room was everything we needed, and we even had access to a terrace with a view of the "crooked bridge" and nearby minarets. I also recommend the restaurant: we ate a luxurious and reasonably-priced sač dinner there, and the menu features all sorts of traditional Herzegovinian food. In sum, I was drawn to the property by the spectacular location and view of the "crooked bridge"--both true!--but the friendliness of the staff and their service will be what I take with me."

"Nice hotel in very convenient location, pleasant if slightly unorganised staff. We only had brief stay, the room wasn’t made up to our specification (sofa bed wasn’t made up or extra towel in room) even though the hotel had prior knowledge that 3 would be using room, that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had early night due to needing to get train in the morning, sadly it was very noisy with children running around shouting which is more an issue with bad parenting rather than the hotel. One other problem was that the WiFi was hopeless."
