So, to get to my mother's room, we had to meet on the 2nd floor and get on the elevator together so she could use her card to let us on her floor. If you have a key card, you should be able to visit other family members on any floor. You have to have a key to access the elevators and floor anyways. No microwave in the rooms very inconvenient. Makes you go spend the money on the buffet because you can warm up any outside food. outdoor pool is beautiful. "
