「Rooms a tad small but luxurious and well maintained, staff is phenomenal and accommodating.. close to Staten Island Ferry. Subway system or healthy walk from downtown attractions, shops.. will stay again and frequently 」

「Friendly staff, clean place and conveniently located near a shopping center. The coffee shop and pizza place next to it are amazing. Might get loudly with students at the karaoke downstairs During the weekends. Other than the noise it’s a great place. 」

「I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. For sure I will go back to this place another time. I loved the place, the managers and it's only 2 minutes from bus station Museo Nacional bus M86 (airport) and 5 minutes walk from the mall. The mini kitchen have all you might need to cook and eat properly. They are very conscientious.」

「Safe affordable 」

「Brand new building (July ‘25). Our unit was decently outfitted. Rentahost was very cooperative with extras requests. Main bed is upstairs, sofa bed on the main floor. Small general store nearby and an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant (Marrakech) very close. We enjoyed our stay there. 」
