Ich hatte bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich glutenfreies Frühstück benötige – und wurde bereits am ersten Morgen mit einem liebevoll vorbereiteten Korb voller glutenfreier Backwaren am Frühstückstisch überrascht. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und das Verständnis für besondere Ernährungsbedürfnisse haben mich wirklich begeistert! 「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」

「The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. 」
