From the lowest staff member to the highest manager, they don't speak English. Some receptionists are extremely rude, arrogant and makes impolite comments. The manager argues for long before he realizes you're right about their own policy. They have limited house keeping and advertise it as daily house keeping. Staff interferes in situation for no reason and do it rudely. Tub leaks and soaks the floor towel. Internet disconnects a lot and they cannot fix it. Dinner is too early. I can tell detailed stories about everything I've mentioned.
