The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent.
