The room was clean and absolutely beautiful! Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance which made our visit that much more relaxing. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

Stayed for a solo St Therese pilgrimage. Centrally located hotel near many shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk from train station. It's next door to Cathedral of St Pierre and a 10-15 minute walk from the Carmel of Lisieux, the Basilica of St. Therese, and Les Buissonets (all in different directions). ...

Awful
Absolutely awful. Contacted the hotel via email, texts, whats app messages and calls (on both their main and emergency "24hr" number) totalling over 20 times as well as having hotels.com attempt to contact them as we couldn't enter the apartment on arrival as reception was shut.
