Beautiful place with gorgeous gardens and great pool area. Morro de São Paulo is a wonderful island with lots options for all ages! I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Quartos e atendimento impecáveis.

O hotel é incrível, quartos espaçosos e super limpos, piscina linda e limpa, funcionários atenciosos, e o paisagismo impecável, porém ele fica um pouco mais distante das praias comparados aos outros hotéis.. como tudo em morro você faz andando, acaba que andar 2km a mais as vezes cansa mais rsrs. O café da manhã tem muita variedade, mas a comida não tem sabor, as coisas parecem compradas numa padaria qualquer, e o salão do café fica uma zona, muito cheio, muito barulhento, porque o fluxo de pessoas é muito grande.

Pousada linda, bem pertinho da 2ª e 3ª praia, ótimo café da manhã, quarto muito bom e com funcionários super simpáticos, muito prestativos e acolhedores, sempre dispostos a nos atender em tudo que solicitamos. Foram dias maravilhosos que passamos na pousada. No dia do aniversário do meu esposo, deixaram um bolinho no quarto, ele ficou super feliz! Gostei de tudo, a pousada é simplesmente maravilhosa!

A pousada é muito boa e confortável, a localização é boa. Os quartos não são tão grandes, a limpeza do chão poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã é ok, mas tem muita coisa preparada (bolos e tortas) e pouco de básico, como pão. A piscina não é muito grande, mas boa.

Melhor hospedagem possível em Morro de São Paulo! O hotel incrível, quarto super confortável, equipe super gente boa, principalmente Odete e Rubens. Relaxante e agradável

O hotel possui novas instalações e é bem bonito. O hotel fica localizado na segunda praia e o acesso não é tão complexo, para quem possui pouca bagagem. O café da manhã é farto e diversificado. A piscina do hotel é muito boa e possui um bar molhado com atendimento aos hospedes. A limpeza dos quartos e de todo o hotel é muito boa, e os jardins são bem cuidados. O check in é lento e demorado, mesmo realizando previamente pelo sistema on-line.... presencialmente ainda há burocracias.

De pessima qualidade

A estadia de pessima qualidade, não vão pessoal, eles não limpam o quarto e nem trocam as toalhas que são bem fininhas e velhas, dizem trocar e limpar o quarto a cada dois dias, fiquei 6 diárias e fizeram tudo isso apenas no último dia, foi experiência horrível, não tem coberta, café da manhã todos os dias as mesmas coisas, isso quando não faltava o que tinha .. realmente desagradável

Em geral a pousada é muito boa, os funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Algumas considerações para melhoramentos: acústica dos quartos é dificultosa - era possível escutar perfeitamente as pessoas que transitavam no ambiente externo e nos quartos vizinhos conversando. 2. Café da manhã- o ambiente estava com muitas moscas.
