We were turned away at the door and were told they had a technical problem with checking in at the hotel so we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday night. During Spring Break! We were also told we would be receiving one free night for the inconvenience and I’ve not received a thing. Beware!

Our room and bathroom were really spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. The housekeeping was terrible though.
