「I experienced a very rude interaction with one of the front desk staff. I was very disappointed in their rudeness and lack of kindness and compassion.」

「The cabins at one point were very beautiful but, has not had maintenance for many years. We were in cabin 6 which has many steps to go down to get to cabin. Steps have not been maintained and are crooked, stanting, etc. The railing to hang onto was very rickety and not sturdy at all. The wallpaper was peeling in many spots in the upper bathroom. It looked like they had tried to glue it down but wasn't sticking. Cobwebs in many of the corners.」

「Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful. Would love to see it in the summer.」
