The rooms look absolutely nothing like the stock photos. Both our rooms were narrow and very dim. We checked in, threw our stuff on the beds, then left for dinner. When we got back, we realized the rooms were so dark with all the lights on that I could not read the book I'd brought with me. The comforters felt greasy. The dust-filled heater filled the room with a burned smell. We complained and checked out at 7:30pm. The manager said "I can't refund your money because you set it up through Expedia" which was a lie. Expedia (who called Super 8 again, on my behalf) explained that they could not provide a refund because we'd paid the hotel directly. If you think the phrase "by Wyndham" implies there is a measure of quality, you will be disappointed.

Very friendly staff. No issues at all with our stay. Breakfast and coffee was good. No need to visit nearby McDonalds.

BEDBUGS!! When I called to inform the hotel that I had bed bug bites after staying in their hotel the night before they had absolutely nothing to say, no 'sorry about that' or anything, literal silence on the phone. I had to ask THEM if they wanted to know what room I stayed in the night prior. There was also leftover food in the fridge in my room, to which they said 'oh the person who was supposed to check that rooms were clean must not have done their job'. I sincerely believe that they will not do anything about the bed bug issue and the next person to stay in that room will wake up with bites.
