「Todos estaba limpio , ordenado y buen ambiente」

「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「A very quiet, comfortable, and safe place with many nearby places to eat; communication with the owners was excellent.」

「El hotel está ubicado en un área muy accesible a los lugares de interés y de comida y bebidas. La housekeeping fue muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia pero las ventanas no cierran herméticamente por lo que se escucha el tráfico de la calle. Está bien para una noche.」

「No lo recomendaría. Está muy descuidado. Ventanas rotas, pisos manchados, techo de la habitación terrible. Cuando uno sube las escaleras hasta la lámpara está rota. Necesita una limpieza profunda hace mucho tiempo. Creo que nunca han lavado las ventanas.」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!」
