Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.」

「Loved this slice of heaven, away from the crowds of Lugano but yet convenient to get to by car. The front desk service was amazing - the girls were so friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was clean tasting and delicious. The hotel grounds are so thoughtful, well designed and aesthetic. Despite it being an old building, it did not feel cold like some old buildings can - Insulation done right!
