「Clean room, friendly staff」

「The staff was very friendly helpful. The room was huge, clean, quiet, wifi great, all the meals I had was tasty and well presented. I noticed that the service at the pool was very slow and it took forever to pick up the dirty dishes. I am not sure if the manager is giving enough guidance」

「Our stay was amazing and the staff was very friendly. If I could ask to change one thing it would be for air conditioning on the hot days, but there were only just a couple of days that were extremely hot.」

「firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. 」

「The rooms were clean, the pool was sublime, the facilities had complete kitchen and fridge as well as washer and dishwasher. We booked a superior room and they had prepared the sofa bed for our child too. The breakfast was amazing as well as security was top notch. I wished we had known about the wine tasting as that would have been perfect if we didn’t have to venture out to Franschoek or other parts of Stellenbosch. 「Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed.」
