「The room especially the bathroom was filthy with hairs on the wall of the shower and a mouldy shower curtain. Floor and shower mould and dirt. The bin hadn't been emptied from previous people. The fridge was all frozen up. The TV did not work and I was advised to watch via demand however the internet wouldn't load. The pool gate lock was broken which is of concern for children's safety.
