Hotel Fridhemsgaten & Mora were a big disappointment after traveling extensively through Scandinavia during the month of July. I discovered that the electronic lock to our room did not work leaving our belongings exposed. We had to change rooms. Coincidentally, a man was sitting in our room when we first checked in? Then the TV would only broadcast a TV channel for about 5 minutes and shut off. They could not fix it. Dining in Mora is pathetic and despite many articles, there are very few local craft stores. In fact, many store fronts were empty. The only reason for staying in Mora is close proximity to Nusnäs and sadly, there is controversy in Nusnäs, where the Nils Olsson Dala Horse company is now using robots to carve the horses. Thankfully, the competition, Grannas Olsson is still carving by hand. The Swedish government needs to intervene in the setbacks in this region of Sweden.

Fint rum, bra dusch. Sängarna bra, men soffan hade ingen sittkomfort. Trevlig personal, fräsch restaurang med god frukost och trevlig uteplats. Trevligt hotell och hotellrum, men det var väldigt varmt och fläkten räckte inte till tyvärr.

Hustrun och jag som är pensionärer var på en sommar tur i Mora samt ut flyter runt siljan sälen mm Vi bodde 3 nätter på detta hotell det var bra städat, det fanns fläkt på rummet det var nästan 30 grader varmt på dagarna men vi sov bra ändå bra sängar. Frukost bra till att vara ett litet hotell Fint upplagt och organiserat.

En bra vistelse. Men ingen luftkonditionering, trots att det var väldigt varmt fanns det endast en bordsfläkt på rummet. AC behövs, i alla fall en portabel AC. Ingen källsortering på rummet, endast papperskorg. Bra att städningen inte är obligatorisk när man stannar fler nätter än en, att städningen är valbar.

Mycket trevligt och vänligt hotell. Jättefin frukost, mycket "hembakat", "hemgjort", på frukostbordet. Gott kaffe. Trevlig personal. Fri parkering. Centralt, bara några minuter till gågatan/centrum, ca 10 min till Zornmuseet.
