Hotel Fridhemsgaten & Mora were a big disappointment after traveling extensively through Scandinavia during the month of July. I discovered that the electronic lock to our room did not work leaving our belongings exposed. We had to change rooms. Coincidentally, a man was sitting in our room when we first checked in? Then the TV would only broadcast a TV channel for about 5 minutes and shut off. They could not fix it. Dining in Mora is pathetic and despite many articles, there are very few local craft stores. In fact, many store fronts were empty. The only reason for staying in Mora is close proximity to Nusnäs and sadly, there is controversy in Nusnäs, where the Nils Olsson Dala Horse company is now using robots to carve the horses. Thankfully, the competition, Grannas Olsson is still carving by hand. The Swedish government needs to intervene in the setbacks in this region of Sweden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Größe des Zimmers war für mich völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und auch das Frühstück bot alles was ich brauchte, sehr abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ist das hotel sehr zu empfehlen
