「Would stay here again」

「The room is big and clean, nice staff, the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.」

「可以」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「very good service, nice and clean.」

「When I arrived in the evening the staff at the desk was pleasant. When I checked out in the morning at 7am the girl was talking on her phone I think on FaceTime and acted like I was bothering her. 「乾淨客房，員工服務好！」

「环境不好，垃圾桶也没放袋子」

They then offered us a room with a sofa that could be unfolded into a bed. Since it was...

「優異服務」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「The staff is available to help with anything you need; the room is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing at all times.」
