I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Would be staying with them again when I return to Jerez.」

We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. 「Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip. 」

「Access to the Parking Via a Car Lift - unless you have a mini this is a challenging experience at any time of the day. No Hot Water. More Like a 2 star. Bed not made up for children. Broken door leading to the garden so not safe. Cheap.」

「无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。」

「Everything was fine with this hotel except the free parking possibility. The hotel charged 11 euro for overnight parking. Trying to find free parking on the street gave me the creeps.」

「因為JEREZ SBK選擇的住宿地點, 離市區有點距離, 吃東西不大方便,免費停車也只能停飯店外. 房間本身及浴室都不大, 不應該有太高的收費. 相同的費用, 應該可以找到更好的住宿」
