"Overall the stay was nice. The hotel advertises as kid friendly but we had a staff member who shut down any and everything I did with my kids. She had an attitude from the time we checked in to the time she left. The breakfast was okay. They didn’t speak or understand much English but they helped the best they could. "

The cleanliness of the property really stood out—everything was spotless throughout, which made it even more comfortable to relax and enjoy the stay. The hotel has a very modern style that feels fresh and aesthetically pleasing. My room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the TV setup was great for unwinding. The bathroom was especially impressive, with beautiful design and above-standard fixtures that gave it a luxurious feel. The only minor drawback was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, which would have been a convenient addition. Aside from that small detail, everything exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back."

"I appreciated the quick service of getting us checked in, with charges for the room after checkout. Everything was clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect, with enough food for a teen boy getting ready for a sports tournament. I loved the location and how we were close to everything we needed. I also felt safe in the area we were."

"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The first room we were in, my husband sat on the bed and at sank almost to the floor. The pull out bed was trashed, torn, stained and gross! No clean sheets, etc. I wish I could attach pictures. We were moved to another room SLIGHTLY better. No clean sheets, sticky floor, terrible smell, no soap in the room at all. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly anything and not good at all. I called to request a refund and was told because I booked through Expedia, there was no way for them to refund me. I know this is a lie because I have been refunded by a hotel I booked through Expedia before. Instead, I was offered a complimentary stay…like I would want to go back there for any reason? "
