"It was a comfortable place to stay. We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I reported that the restroom was not clean. This was after waiting 2 1/2 hours past check in time because they were cleaning. Another person came and cleaned the restroom. We stayed a couple of nights and received service. Again they didn't clean, vacuum, or change bedding. They made the bed is all."
"Very clean room and super kind and helpful staff. The rooms are in major need of a refresh. Bathroom tile was missing grout and finishes just worn and dated.
Still recommend staying from a cleanliness standpoint and easy to get to the park.
Breakfast was picked over on our second morning and think they may have been out of food because it wasn’t being refilled."
"Clean. Bathroom was recently renovated. It smelled nice!
Location was great. Pizza place across the street was lots of fun. There was live music and great pizza."
"Positives - located close to stores, shops, mall, restaurants, gas station, and most of all west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Check in clerk very pleasant.
Negatives: no cable TV as advertised , dried up lotion on vanity, toilet seat too old,"
