「La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... La salle de bains de la chambre est minuscule et sans savon/shampoing etc... et le...

「Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!」

「This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. 」

「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」
