Airport shuttle was great. Staff was great. Stayed only for one night. Room was okay for the price point. The breakfast was not so desirable. But it was included in the price of the stay. Overall, I would stay there again.

It was close to the Airport with a convenient Shuttle service. The room was a little worn and faded, but the establishment was undergoing some renovations as well. The coffee cups in my room were re-stacked and still sticky from the previous guests, and I found a stray sock under my bed when prepping to sleep.... All in all ..I survived...slept well..and made my flight on-time!!! Was it worth paying 20$ less then the competition.... not sure.... lol sry not sry

Hi, The room in the 1st floor, no 202 is not good. The bed is terrible and pillows are also very old. Broken cloth hangng lockers, broken centralized heater. The most importantly, there were no paper cups for the coffee maker . They have given plastic cups for the hot coffee??? I couldn't imagine pouring hot coffee in the plastic cups. Then I went downstairs and got paper cups upon requesting. Stayed in the same hotel before 2 months in ground floor. That was really good. I think it was renovated . They should also renovate every room before renting , until then it shouldn't be rented.

The first impression was disappointment; lights flickering in the common areas, icy walkway very unsafe, not a very warm welcome from reception. The room, door frame looked like someone broke in, no control of room temperature, thin bed covers and sheets, every piece of furniture had pieces broken out of it. A couple of appreciated parts of the stay were the small fridge and the airport shuttle.

The hotel is okay — you get what you pay for. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for a layover. I was able to take a nice shower and rest comfortably. Breakfast is included, but it starts at 7:00 a.m., so unfortunately I couldn’t have it because I left at 6:00 a.m. Maybe next time

Staff were fine. Room plugs were lacking with 3 items not plugged in. Beds quite soft but not uncomfortable. Stairs and lack of elevator were challenging but we made it work. Fine for the price. Would not use this hotel for anything apart from a stopover before a flight.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep near the airport that’s cheap then this is your place. The room was clean but outdated. It looks like they stopped doing any Reno’s 15 years ago. Lights in the hallway were flickering. Some were not even working. Staff was friendly and the place looked clean. I would rebook for a quick overnight before my flight again.

Room was very basic. No coffee/tea station, no microwave, tv had very limited channels, no plug for bath, king bed only had 2 pillows when there should be four, parking area not owed well, no door handle reminder signd for do not disturb/ please nake up room, continental breakfast was terrible.. Somehow I still stayed u nights!

Price was right. The room was cold, heater didn’t work. Staff gave us a heater that kept the room comfortable. Walking around the hotel the building was cold. Staff were wearing jackets/ hoodies while they were working.
