Just about ok for an overnight

We have stayed here before and knew it was just about ok for an overnight stop, however our previous visits had been earlier in the year. On this occasion in July it was much warmer and the in room AC was almost pointless, barely any flow even on maximum and it did very little to cool the room. The room and building are showing their age and are shabby round the edges.

Personnels accueillants et serviables. Chambres très correctes. De plus, l'hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Promenades le long du Cher juste en face. Relativement calme.

Salle de bain sale et vétuste. WC qui menace de tomber dès qu'on s'assoie dessus., pommeau de douche qui fuit. Verres sales, cheveux sur le sol. 3 serviettes pour 4 personnes. 1 des lits séparé des autres dans le sas. Litterie propre. Petit déjeuner très basic, personel absent à l'arrivée, plus de serviettes, pas de sucrettes. Personnel courtois, arrivée tardive facilitée malgré fermeture de la reception dès 22h. Pas de parking privé/ fermé, hôtel situé juste à côté d'un centre commercial.

Satisfait pour une nuit 'étape' passée en famille et son rapport qualité/ prix. Proximité immédiate centre commercial. L'hôtel n'est pas de 1ère jeunesse mais nous avons trouvé une chambre lit double + lit simple propre, ce qui est important! Rien de particulier à dire sur la literie qui nous a paru bonne. Le mobilier en chambre est vieillissant...parquet, bureau, salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. On note la présence d'une climatisation et de sa tv à priori neufs. Nous n'avons pas été importunés par du bruit adjacent à notre chambre. Tout était présent, serviettes, produits de bain mais il manquerait éventuellement une bouilloire avec thé et café...qui serait une proposition pour un 3*. Système de carte magnétique pour l'accès aux chambres et à l'hôtel si sortie tardive. Attention à leur démagnétisation si rangée à côté de téléphone ou autre. Bonne communication / suivi avec l'hôtel avant notre arrivée. Merci.

Nous avans séjourné une nuit dans vet hotel qui porte mal son nom : equipements vétustes et non entretenus, moquettes sales dans les chambres et les espaces publics, pare douche manquant. Bref, à fuir.
