J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est également idéal : proche des transports, des restaurants et des principales attractions touristiques. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement malgré sa situation centrale. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage !

Déçu par l’établissement.

Je séjourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel, et je suis de moins en moins satisfait. Hier en arrivant à 19h30, je récupère ma carte, je rentre dans la chambre, une plaque d’accès dans la salle de bain n’était pas remise, il y avait de la laine de verre au sol, visiblement le technicien n’a pas terminé son travail et n’a pas prévenu la réception. On me donne une nouvelle chambre, sans obtenir d’excuse ou un surclassement, aucune compensation, dans la seconde chambre, la 209, le flexible de douche est HS, la pomme de douche est bloquée avec un jet pas tes agréable, le joint de la porte est HS, clairement pas au niveau attendu surtout au prix de la chambre. J’ai pris des photos de tous ces événements pour confirmer mes propos si besoin, je laisse très rarement des avis mais à force je vais changer d’établissement.

L'Ibis de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines était parfait pour notre participation aux épreuves olympiques au Vélodrome. C'était également très proche de Versailles, où nous avons apprécié une balade à vélo autour du parc et une visite du château. Tout le monde dans le personnel, en particulier Jena, était chaleureux, cordial et hospitalier. La chambre était confortable et calme et le petit déjeuner copieux était délicieux. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour et pour avoir ajouté votre touche à notre merveilleux voyage en France depuis la Californie.

Le séjour s’est bien passé. L’hôtel est bien situé. Par contre le petit déjeuner est de plus en restreint, il n’y a plus de compote, plus de fruit, impossible d’avoir un jus d’orange pressé, vraiment dommage, les autres hôtel proposent des meilleurs petits déjeuners

la chambre est dans l'ensemble très propre, sauf pour la douche, les joints étaient noirs- couverts sur mon plateau de petit déjeuner sales- on m'a demandé à mon arrivée et lors de mon départ de régler de nouveau mon séjour (déjà réglé sur le site) parking en supplément pas précisé sur l'annonce

Continuité et professionnalisme

Madame, Monsieur Réalisé dans un cadre familial et touristique, nous revenons à chaque fois dans l'Hotel ibis ou Ibis Budget en fonction de l'affluence et des disponibilités en raison du professionnalisme et de la disponibilité du personnel (même si celui est à mon avis en sous effectif afin de faciliter la vie de chacun) donc un très bon séjour avec des enfants, avec une très bonne organisation et une politique en accord avec le respect des mesures sanitaires au sein de l'Hotel
