Fabulous location and staff, outstanding food

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at A Pasturella. The location suited us well, up above Lle Rousse and with parking in front of the hotel. Our room had a small balcony with views of the surronding area. The room had everything we needed and was pleasantly decorated. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb and the bar has a great outdoor area in the plazza. The staff were happy to help with any request, although communication was challenging at times, as we spoke very little french and except for one staff member, they spoke very little English. We highly recommend A Pasturella.

It was a lovely small hotel and the neighbourhood really calme. :) The view was amazing and I loved the design of the rooms a mixed of traditional and dark colours. Also it was only 8min from L'île rousse so it was perfect !!Some things to improve: it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room and a dailly clean of rooms in order to justify the price.Anyway the thing is that Corsica is very expensive:/

Camera essenziale, ben pulita ogni giorno. Letto non grandissimo. Gestori gentilissimi. Ottimo ristorante. Situato in un magnifico paesino, a 5 min da ile rousse, posizionato perfettamente per esplorare tutta la corsica del nord ovest.

Très beau petit hôtel, les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très sympathiques. L’hôtel est bien décoré, bien aménagé et le personnel sympathique et aimable. L’hôtel est bien situé près des intérêts touristiques mais la voiture est recommandée pour les déplacements. Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Charme et confort dans les hauteurs

Une belle adresse qui jouit d'un point de vue exceptionnel sur la mer et la montagne. Les chambres sont d'une taille convenable, un peu rustiques mais avec du charme (petit point négatif, la climatisation bruyante). Mention spéciale à la terrasse, fabuleuse. Restaurant très bon, menu un peu cher (38€) mais la cuisine vaut le prix !

We absolutely loved the atmosphere at A Pasturella. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We did not book half-board, but next time we'll come, we'll do, as the food is more than great at the restaurant.

Extraordinaire

Cet établissement familial est vraiment une perle rare et nous avons simplement adoré. Je pense que c’est la première fois que je clique sur « excellent » à chacun des critères concernant un établissement. Son emplacement sur les hauteurs de Monticello ainsi que les chambres propres, spacieuses et avec en bonus- balcon qui donne sur la place du village, sont parfaits. Ce qui est le plus marquant cependant est le restaurant. Tout y est excellent, la présentation est très soignée, le service est au petits soins. Et le rapport qualité prix (demi pension) est probablement le meilleur que je n’ai jamais eu. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

A lovely family hotel in a small village

This small hotel is very charming - well-maintained and very clean. Our only disappointment was the cost of food which was higher than what was offered. This is especially true of the petit dejeuner -- a typical breakfast (hot drink, juice, bread, small croissant, small pot of yogurt and apple sauce offered ) but the price (12 euros/person) was similar to the small family hotel in Porto that offered a full breakfast buffet. No where was the price posted so we assumed it would be much lower. We should have asked. Similarly, we found the entrée we ordered to be delicious and good value but the "agneau di lait roti" was tough and the wines were higher than we found elsewhere in the region.

Hotel bello e ben arredato, gradevole. Le persiane che chiusura automatica, climatizzato con wifi. Bagno grande e grande doccia. Purtroppo qualche accumulo di polvere sul pavimento. L'atmosfera del paese è molto suggestiva. Ci ritornerei.

Magnifique endroit

Excellent séjour. Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse et magnifique. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel que du bonheur : le cadre est magnifique très bon service et la cuisine délicieuse. Adresse incontournable.
