They closed the restaurant and turned the restaurant into a funeral home and crematorium. Pool was drained. Had a deep stench in the halls and room. Bedding was stained and dead bugs were found all around the room.

The room was fairly clean but carpet in poor condition. The tv and fridge were unplugged so the fridge smelled absolutely terrible. The pool was out of order. Breakfast is only cold cereal or toast.

The hotel owner was pleasant upon my arrival. However, that was the only positive thing about this hotel. It is old and run down. The room was as clean as it could be but there were stains in the carpet and the tub was not very clean. There were plenty of clean towels and hot water. The bed was clean and comfortable. The AC worked properly but it was noisy. The swimming pool was empty and although they did have a guest laundry the drier was not working and it appeared that it had been broken for a long time. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Nothing to like. Pool wasn't working, it had not for over a year and it wasn't mentioned on the web site that it wasn't working. Couldn't use the TV because of the internet. Carpet was disgusting. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was pathetic. Only 1 bath towel for 2 people.

The hotel is old & very run down/dirty. The staff was friendly, though. We only stayed there because its the only option in Granite, other than the Casino & that was more than we wanted to spend. This hotel worked for what we needed.

For a hotel attached to a funeral home, I'm not sure what I was expecting. The room had a very strong musty smell upon walking in. The carpets were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in some time. There were dead bugs on the walls. There was mold and chipping paint in the shower. About the only thing that was clean was the beds and sheets. The pool looks like it has been closed for some time. The "breakfast" is literally just two kinds of cereal. At least the staff were willing to refund me for my second night, which I decided to cancel about five minute after checking in. Do yourself a favor and stay in Montevideo or Willmar.
