Is located high in the mountain. It was really windy when we were there. The sound was really loud. Almost scary ( think the roof is going to fly away during the night) Made it difficult to sleep. Also they didn't send a confirmation e-mail with instructions for check-in. It was quite stressful since you can't enter the property without a code for the gate. Maybe the problem was the platform through which i booked. Other than that great place. Super clean.

The entire experience was awkward. We had to contact the front desk, and awaited for directions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WHILE BEING IN COSTA RICA... WAS NON-EXISTENT. The place smelled moist and probably I would give it more stars if the place had good blinds but everybody could see inside our appt. No privacy at all. I could hear everything the people on the floor above us where saying. The floors were so slippery, that I slipped entering the shower and I hurted my back, but even like that I decided not to complain about that accident. The windows vents where broken (I DID NOT BREAK THEM, THEY WERE FOUND IN THAT CONDITION) in the bathroom and the people from the floor above us could see us showering, it was so weird. Also the windows vents in the room couldn't be closed.I paid for 4 nights but I left 2 days earlier, so No I'm no freeloader. The place was cleaned no complaints about that, when I left, I didn't do dishes. I thought if I paid for 4 nights and I gave them for 2 nights for free is just fair that they clean the dishes(I WAS IN VACACTION I WONT BE WASHING DISHES AND TAKING THE GARBAGE OUT JUST TO PLEASE THESE PEOPLE), so No I'm not dirty like they called some of the guest that complaint before. I WONT COMEBACK HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS IS MY OPPINION! I have pictures of everything I said as proof.

I made a reservation at this place through Hotels.com, and my experience was appalling. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me or even open the door, and the property had no signage or indications of any kind. To make matters worse, there was no proper spot to park and ask for assistance. After searching online, I managed to find a contact number and reached out. The person I spoke to was not only unempathetic but also claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. It took them over 10 minutes to locate it, only to inform me that my room had been double-booked. What followed was even more infuriating. This person offered to do me a “favor” by giving me a different room but insisted that I provide the details of my original booking. When I pointed out that they already had this information, they took offense and flat-out refused to help me further, leaving me without a place to stay. All of this was communicated through SMS; they didn’t even bother to call or provide a quiet space for a proper conversation This was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever received. Their mismanagement was treated as if it were my fault, and their attitude was nothing short of insulting. I strongly advise against booking at this place. Save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs.

Lugar bonito y acogedor

El lugar está muy bonito, pero deben actualizar el número de contacto, porque el que tienen en la página está erróneo, nos costó que nos abrieran. Pero luego de eso todo está nuevo, huele bien, está limpio, no es tan frío para dormir. Buena ubicación.
