「The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled.」

「Staying here was an awesome experience, if even for a day. We arrived late in the evening and the owner Mario was so very accommodating and informative. We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. The drive up may intimidate some (if during at night), as it winds up the mountain side, but staying there is well worth it. Thank you Mario...

「I loved this property. It’s a smaller city and we had a car so we drove to the train station and hopped on the train. The host at San Rocco was wonderful, very accommodating, handled our requests quickly and courteously. The restaurant is run by a man and his wife who previously owned a restaurant. 「The apartment is really nice. Just missing like a vending machine, there is nothing around in case you need water or a drink. Also missing hair dryer. The beds were super comfortable and everything clean.」
