A propriedade é boa, mas o ar condicionado do quarto estava pingando água a ponto do chão ficar cheio de água favorecendo acidentes. Destaque também para o estacionamento que é apertado e dá um certo trabalho para estacionar. Já o atendimento, a limpeza e o café da manhã nada a reclamar.

Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários do hotel, a estadia foi razoável: a ducha higiênica estava com vazamento, o apartamento não estava bem limpo, o lençol estava bem gasto, inclusive rasgado, e as cortinas tb bem desgastadas.

O flat superou minhas expectativas, boas acomodações, local tranquilo e sem barulhos, um pouco afastado para quem está sem carro, mas de carro bom acessos. O hotel está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos de interesse. O quarto é espaçoso e oferece boas acomodações. No entanto, seria interessante substituir as cortinas, pois permitem a entrada de muita luz e não parecem estar totalmente limpas. Embora os canais de TV a cabo sejam analógicos, a televisão é moderna e permite a integração com serviços de streaming. O café da manhã é simples, com pouca variedade, mas os itens disponíveis eram saborosos.

O hotel é bom, limpo, as camas são confortáveis, o chuveiro é a gás. Entretanto, reservei um quarto com cama de casal e me entregaram um com 4 de solteiro. Solicitei outro cobertor e não tinha. Não havia vaga no estacionamento. Tentei comprar água e não havia.
