This property cancelled my reservation since the government seizure the hotel due to not paying rent 5 years in a row. I want my money back. I had to reserved another hotel and pay for ubers due to this unfortunate experience.

Me acompañaba mi familia y sentir frustración ante la necesidad de alojamiento urgente. Solicito mi reembolso y una justa reparación del daño. Gracias
