Demasiado malo

Las habitaciones están en mal estado, el servicio es malo llegando al absurdo de que la habitación no tenía cobijas, el aire acondicionado no funciona aún que te dan el control, la televisión no funciona, no tenían agua caliente hasta que se pidió en recepción, la persona que hace la limpieza entró a la habitación sin tocar, y las imágenes no concuerdan con la habitación real

nunca llegue al establecimiento porque no tienen nisiquiera un letreto ni nada, y esta en una de las colonias menos seguras de todo monterrey, despues me entere que la entrada era a travez de un estacionamiento. eso no es lo peor, al no poder llegar al lugar la noche requerida, en la mañana siguiente lo primero que hice es disculparme con el hotel y avisarles que no pude llegar por las razones ya mencionadas arriba. al hablar con las personas a cargo me avisan que mi reembolso no es posible ya que "yo habia hecho check in la noche anterior e incluso hice un pago extra en recepcion" Lo cual nunca paso porque yo jamas llegue al lugar. llame a expedia y no pudieron ayudarme, llame al servicio de atencion a. clientes de la cadena y tampoco "pudieron ayudarme" . yo pregunte que tipo de seguridad brindan a los usuarios, que tipo de identificacion solicitaron a esta persona que supuestamente era yo, ellos dijieron que ninguna, entonces no entiendo como es que le dan una habitacion a una persona sin siquiera requrir ningun tipo de identificacion, que tipo de lugar es ese, al no ofrecer seguridad alguna a sus usuarios, hasta la fecha sigo experando mi reembolso, la peor experiencia con esta franquicia, y expedia al promocionar este tipo de establecimientos en su plataforma. es triste y desagradable, no recomiendo nunca este establecimiento y desgraciadamente me he dado de baja de expedia por la horrible experiencia.
