Great customer service, it was my first time there and staff was very nice, you're getting what you're paying so don't expect Marriott rooms, but still the property is pretty good and it's really a good price, definitely will come back sooner than later

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay The staff was absolutely amazing. Yes the rooms are on the small side however, the bed was freaking amazing. AC worked beautifully. There’s a little restaurant when you exit the front doors to the left that has fabulous breakfast food, including pancakes. And right across the street there’s a chicken place that has chicken Asada that is phenomenal to get to Central Monterey. All you need is 15 pesos to ride the bus overall I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Mi esposo es el que fue, me dijo que los 2 primeros días que se pagaron con tarjeta de crédito Bancomer desde mi ciudad de origen ; no había cobijas suficientes, ni toalla , el agua no salía caliente, del lavabo de manos,hacía frio, bajo a decirle a la gerente y era una persona que tiene un carácter horrible; el tercer día lo pagó en efectivo; y el cuarto día se pago con tarjeta de crédito; hubo publicidad engañosa,cobraron de más e inmediatamente se llamó para cancelar; y mi esposo obviamente se fue a otro hotel ; el casino y pues exijo la devolución de mi dinero de $1,115.51 que es el cobro reflejado en mi banco Bancomer terminación 2803 de forma inmediata. Quedo atenta para la devolución de mi dinero!

Ocupamos 3 habitación, nos dieron en el piso 1, 2 y 3, y tuvimos que subir escaleras, porque no hay elevadores... No hay un espacio solo para el restaurante... Y huele mucho a desodorante ambiental, mi hija es alérgica y le hizo mal, solo nos quedamos una noche...
