Excellent hospitality but hotel needs repairs

The hospitality / customer service is excellent at all levels. The only downfall is that the hotel is in need of a lift/ repairs to make it a better experience.

The good thing was the attached restaurant and store on the first floor. The not so good were the dirty rooms and restrooms. Mold on showers, dirty carpets, mold on ceiling and some walls.

Dirty room, no toilet seat no water coming out of hot water tap, furniture battered up, poor patch job on holes in walls. Plastic on mattresses and no top sheets. Most disgusting room I have ever been in.never stay here again and wouldn't have stayed if it hadn't been prepaid and if we had time to find another hotel!

Reserve a mi hijo del 22 al 24, cama Queen, cuando llegó le dieron cama individual, a lo que decían que era Queen y estaban llenos, no podían darle otra habitación, que mañana le daban kong. Mi hijo salió el 23 de ahí, si le cambiaron como dijeron, pero no compensaron su error devolviendo dinero de la noche que pasó en otra habitación diferente a mi recerbacion, misma que hice desde el 16 de oct.ya y Expedia aún no me resuelve y no creo me apoye, demandaré en PROFECO. Había cucaracha, olor a humedad, ruido, sin contar que no respetaron mi reservación dando la habitación que les sobró. Recepción y gerente muy groseros, muy mal, no lo recomiendo, no regresaría.
