Negative. No security or personnel at night. Rooms are deteriorated. Curtains are translucent and lack light blockage. Room cleaning was a skipped 66% of the times. Bathroom lacks privacy. Lacks proper acoustic insulation. Access from rooms to parking lot must use stairs. Common areas are deteriorated. Positive. Great location. Bed is confortable. A/C works very well. Restaurant food and service is good.

We love this hotel and stay every year because of the look and feel of the rooms and Restaurant and the location where you can walk to 2 dinning and shopping areas.

This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel…. More like a 2 star hotel if anything. The location is prime but the hotel is very outdated. The room didn’t have a closet, it was the open cabinet in the bathroom with no hangers. The reception area was ghetto. The staff was friendly. For the price, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

I liked the location, it was walking distance from everything that’s convincingly to someone traveling alone. My room had a bad Oder I let the front desk know to check it and when I came back the Oder was less but still there. I was uncomfortable because of the Oder but after a while I just felt with it since my stay was short.

The room is awesome, clean sheek, comfy bed, great wifi. We appreciated the little dining table. The pool is perfect since monterrey is as hot as the surface of the sun. Great little restaurant bar down stairs. Please tell the owner to rip the nasty carpet out of the hall and lobby and repaint. Location is perfect

Hotel looks ran down, poor maintenance. Carpets look old and dirty, wall are scratched painted maybe 10 years ago. Roof top area is in very bad shape does not look like the picture, not an area where you can hang around and chill. Staff and restaurant area quite good

The room had a terrible fish smell and there were no other rooms so we had to walk to the HEB across the street to buy cleaning supplies for the room. The hotel must have been rushed when being remodeled or something because there is grout missing from the tiles in the shower walls and the ground. The towels were not changed not ONCE. We stayed 3 nights. The bar downstairs was very nice and the staff was great.

Needs updating

May benefit from a little remodeling, access is interesting, the lobby is on the 3rd floor, it could easily be on the first (bottom) floor, the restaurant is nice and the included breakfast was great. The few issues were, i arrived before my guest and there were many hairs on the restroom counter, i wiped them off with a towel so that my guest wouldn't get disgusted. The the mirror in front of the sink was tiny. The rooftop deck needs some repairs, that wouldnt never pass code in USA, but its Mexico. Nice views though.

We were in this hotel for a week for a work trip. First impression was a little shakey, the lobby and hallways really need updated- take out that old crappy carpetx Repaint etc. However, once we got to our room, we were fine, our room was clean modern, the most comfortable beds ever and a view of the mountains. The internet is fast and reliable, the bar/restaurant downstairs is good and convenient. The pool on the room is great, the deck has suffered a bit, but its to be expected in that climate. The staff was super friendly. Its a 10 minute walk to smart fit (a big gym chain), and a 4 minute walk to la nacional (highly recomend for steak). Its literally next to/connected to a city market (high end fancy supermarket with restaurants inside). We would definitely stay here again, we hope the management upgrades the shared spaces as a little rennovation could help a lot in the lobby and the hallways!
