「A beautiful place, good view, thanks the madam for breakfast, to help our kids.」

「Great location」

「Nice」

「My sister and I booked the spa package and a room with an outside hot tub for 1 night. It was very nice. The room was very large with 2 bathroom suites and it was clean. There was no food or drink service at the pool during our stay but the wait staff in the restaurant fixed drinks for us and she was very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant for convenience but found the food to be not great & a bit bland. The massage in the spa was very good but we both felt that the facial was just ok. ...

「Muy rico desayuno y muy limpias las habitaciones」

「There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so I didn’t sleep well」

「I accompanied my husband down for a work trip, I was planning to work from the room and ended up having to call out because the wifi did not work. I couldn’t even watch tv because the wifi was out. We attempted calling the front desk and they didn’t answer.」

「There was no 110v outlet anywhere near the desk area. The nearest outlet was about 18 feet away for my laptop and phone. I never stayed at a hotel that I needed a 20 ft extension cord with me for my next stay in the area. This will be a deal breaker for my next stay」

「Due to system issues, the front desk had us wait more than 30 mins on the side to check us in. The bathroom was dirty when we got to the room, and the hair was in the tub.」
