Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Personnel très serviable et au soucie des clients. La navette pour descendre en ville était très pratique mais devrais passer plus souvent qu’une seule fois par heure car il y avait seulement 8 places, donc si plusieurs personnes sont avant vous, vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour descendre ou attendre 1h. Le déjeuner était excellent. L’hôtel magnifique. La chambre était propre et bien ordonné

Amazing breakfast!! There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you from back and forth from Monterosso to the hotel, runs hourly. This is a must because the hotel sits up on the hillside. Spectacular views. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay. Very quiet with excellent views from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Hourly shuttle service made it easy to get in the center of town from the hillside hotel. Cinque Terre is amazing with lots of hiking options and excellent train and ferry service to the five towns.

Great breakfast assortment, staff were great, views were beautiful. Have to shuttle down the mountain to get to town, many times there were guests left as shuttle filled up, therefore they had to wait an hour for it to come back. This is the only negative about the hotel. Overall very nice stay.

Un bel hôtel avec une vue sublime, probablement la plus belle vue sur les Cinqueterre. En outre, c'est un des rares hôtels qui offre un vrai stationnement pour les voitures. La navette qui permet de descendre en ville et de remonter à l'hôtel est indispensable mais elle peut être pleine à certaines heures. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est aimable et parle plusieurs langues. Les chambres sont belles, mais insuffisamment insonorisées.

The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful. A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes but they still would not turn the air condition on. Just beware.
