Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Unwelcoming staff

Hotel owners were very nice and friendly, but the employees were rude and un-welcoming. As a foreign traveler, it is very unhelpful and disheartening when others laugh at your language abilities, and this was my experience with the two female staff who checked me in. Miriam and the other hotel manager were super nice, but the staff were strange and did not make me feel comfortable.
