There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

At this property, is conveniently located. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The property itself is pretty well maintained. The rooms are OK, we found the bathroom to be extremely tight and very difficult to use the shower. The staff seemed pretty nice although they did not offer a map or any help in local dining or activities. I would say this property is fine. Just manage expectations.

We loved our stay! It’s a bit of a challenge to get to the parking area but it’s super close to the accommodation which was wonderful! Room was nice, it was close to an amazing pizzeria and the girls who worked there and provided breakfast were wonderful!

The B&B is in a great location. The property owners were flexible with check-in and were very helpful in helping with parking. We enjoyed our coffee at breakfast. This was a good place to stay while we were in Tuscany.

Nice little hotel, right in the middle of town. Quiet street. Note about parking: it's nice and close, only 4 mins walk to the hotel and 3 mins to the car on the way back. But it's steep and cobblestones, so not the best if you are infirm and/or have big bags. (We tried driving in/out because we had 4 big wedding bags and some small items. Bad choice! GMaps made that impossible!!). Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. But the two owners seem to leave after that, so no reception in the afternoon or evening. Comms were 50/50 as a result.
