「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「Excellent hotel, great location just a short walk from the main area, yet far enough to be a peaceful location. Breakfast was magnificent but didn’t dine here on an evening, it seemed very quiet, Hotel overall was very clean, good facilities with some lovely touches. However, one of these lovely touches was a beautifully presented box of chocolates on arrival. 「This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. The beaches and Restaurants were great. The semi private pool was crystal clear and so incredibly peaceful. Favorite meal was at Luca in the Centrale area. Fantastic...
